Domestic

RE.POST ships using USPS for domestic orders. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the continental U.S. Orders are processed and shipped from Oakland, CA within 1-5 business days of purchase. All shipments are tracked to ensure delivery. Please allow 3-7 business days for arrival of shipment. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

RE.POST is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered, as well as packages damaged during transit.

International

We are currently not accepting international orders. We are working towards this in the coming year.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something is not right, we'll do our best to accommodate you. Please contact us at info@shop-repost.com.

Because our brand is focused on the idea of re-purposing what already exists, each item inherits its own forms of discoloration and wear that have been intentionally preserved for the integrity of the design.

We do not accept returns or changes once sales have been finalized. However, we do accept exchanges, if the item is available.

Exchanges

For any exchanges, please contact us with your order number, along with a brief reason. We will work with you to either issue store credit or a replacement as the exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs for the return and exchanged item.

Items will only be accepted if they are in their original condition, and in their original packaging. The return items must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was originally delivered. You will be responsible for shipping costs for the returned item.

Please ensure the item(s) are shipped through a traceable and/or insurable method, as we are not responsible for any returned packages not received. Allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your return from the date we receive your package.

With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, and the items you are exchanging for. Once your return has been processed, your exchange will be completed either with store credit or a replacement item.
